Sustainability is at the forefront of the new design and the scheme is rated as BREEAM “Excellent”. We worked with architects, Morrow + Lorraine, installing living walls on the top floor. The newly refurbished building features ‘urban greening’ to encourage biodiversity and to help offset the environmental impact of the development.

The rooftop terrace incorporates native tree planting and wildlife friendly shrubs and herbaceous planting on the roof terraces. The living walls in the rooftop pavilion provide continuity between inside and out, leading out onto the terrace with envious views over London.


The living walls that Vantage offers are designed to transform a space – not only enhancing its visual appeal, but also bringing numerous health benefits to the people that spend time around them. We pre-grow our living walls in optimum conditions offsite, so the plants are conditioned and grown for instant full-coverage.

Each living wall is fed and watered via a computer-controlled irrigation system, with pipes all neatly hidden within our bespoke fabricated aluminium-edged frame.

Living walls are easy to add into your scheme at design stage using our Revit files.
