A premium feel

A premium brand with Spanish roots, Cosentino has showrooms in cities around the world, but the new London showroom is its prime location, displaying brands such as Silestone and Dekton. The brief for the space was a luxurious Mediterranean style with high quality finishes and furnishings. Vantage worked on the biophilic element of this fit-out, alongside design-and-build company Tetris.

Mediterranean sanctuary

The site is a former bank, with an imposing double height ceiling in the reception area – perfect for making a positive first impression on visitors. We used large Mediterranean style pots to create pyramids of planting within this area, with some of the plants being over two metres tall to add interest and scale within the space. The imposing tropical plants create a sanctuary-like feel upon entry.

Inspiring social spaces

The showroom extends to 420sqm across three floors, allowing for different meeting and social areas to host any kind of event. Running throughout this space are living plants on tables, sideboards and bookshelves. In one meeting room, trailing replica planting has been used to frame a beautiful skylight, drawing the eye upwards and through a stunning lighting feature.

Cosentino regards this space as one of its crown jewels, and we agree with them – a harmonious blend of stunning architecture, enhanced with stylish fixtures and fittings and beautiful biophilia. It’s a fitting venue to welcome the very best professionals from the design sector.
