The UK's first purpose-built Destination Porsche showroom

Destination Porsche in Nottingham is Porsche’s latest vision in automotive retailing – a state-of-the-art showroom which focuses on putting the customer front and centre. Porsche engaged our biophilic design services to help create a warm and vibrant space, and we worked within Porsche brand guidelines to ensure our design complemented their vision.

A vibrant, full-height green wall

The showroom has lots of natural light which lends itself well to large free-standing specimen plants, punctuating the main show space. As well as living plants, we installed a striking preserved moss wall which provides a vibrant pop of colour – for this, and the entire planting scheme, we produced a visual prior to installation.

Maintained by the pros

The planting is regularly maintained by our very own #teamgreen, which comes as standard with our rental package. Renting is a great way of ensuring that a planting scheme continues to enhance a space – it also means that the scheme can easily be updated or refreshed as business needs change.

Creating a natural, homely feel

‍

We also introduced biophilia into the upstairs meeting area and breakout space for staff – table-top potted plants lend a more lived-in feel and we used preserved foliage and trailing plants to soften social areas such as café points. This is a wonderful space to work in and the biophilia helps to soften the crisp edges of one of Porsche’s flagship showrooms.
