The reception and shared spaces play a key role in this business facility in terms of attracting and maintaining potential occupiers. The Manchester leasehold market is competitive, so something special was required in order to put the space head and shoulders above the rest. Crossing the threshold, it is clear that this space puts wellbeing front and centre, with biophilia running throughout the common areas. The reception design is sleek and smart, with feature lighting and pops of biophilia. We worked with the architecture of the building and incorporated a vibrant moss wall into the curve of the main entrance. The overall impression is understated modern elegance.

A place to dwell

A mix of floor-standing living plants in on-trend planters and tabletop stone bowls of succulents adorn the shared areas. They are genuinely inviting spaces. Even areas with lower light levels have some element of biophilia, with preserved and replica planting offering a practical but extraordinarily life-like solution, and statement moss wall circles offering pops of colour. This gym is not your average neglected corporate gym – instead, planting gives it the air of a smart club gym.
