Hogan Lovells is a global law firm with more than 2000 lawyers working across 40 different offices in the UK, US, Europe, Latin America, and more. The firm wanted a stylish new look for two of its London offices, 21 Holborn Viaduct and Atlantic House, where they could transform the ways of working by encouraging connectivity and collaboration.

The challenge
Hogan Lovells’ goal was to create a future workplace across their locations, supporting their company values, such as team integration, technical excellence and community supervision. The firm wanted a brand-new design of its existing location, with a goal of transitioning from a traditional office environment to a more agile layout.
Their Atlantic House HQ project would involve moving 250 of their staff from multiple sites into one space. From this new office, the staff would support a range of business services departments, including HR, IT, and Marketing. Hogan Lovells partnered with Vantage Spaces and commissioned us to provide a large variety of biophilia to furnish their new office space.
The results
Vantage Spaces understood that the client was looking to create a more diverse work setting that would accommodate a range of team meeting styles and personal preferences. Freestanding plants and plant surrounds were placed throughout the office and kitchen spaces.
The free-standing plants added to the aesthetics of the new office, as well as providing function in the form of separate spaces. The planters in the kitchens and breakout areas help to create a calming environment for staff, as well as absorbing toxins in the air. Vantage Spaces helped Hogan Lovells to create a relaxing and welcoming environment that is loved by their staff, clients and visitors alike.
