We worked with interior design studio MCM and office outfitters BDY ID on a new international hub in the heart of Covent Garden for a global investment company, Patrizia. This hospitality-led workspace unites real estate, infrastructure, and technology teams under one roof, fostering collaboration and the future growth of the company.

We worked on the extensive refurbishment of event and social space, Student Central, at University of Bradford with Stephen George and Partners and fit-out specialists Construction Dynamics.

We collaborated on the design and fit-out of two floors of this iconic Farringdon building with architect, Penson, project consultant, Arcadis, and design and build consultancy, BW.

Freetrade Exchange is a shared creative hub located in the heart of Manchester’s thriving commercial district. We worked with design and build specialists, ADT Workplace, to remodel the entrance, business lounge and shared spaces to create a welcoming arrival experience for companies occupying the space.

Vantage Spaces worked with QOB Interiors and Trehearne Architects on the extensive refurbishment of a contemporary office space at 46-48 Grosvenor Gardens in Belgravia, London. Undertaken on behalf of international property developer, Grosvenor Group, the project included three large roof terraces and a stunning triple-height glazed atrium.

Arup is a global sustainable development consultancy, with designers, engineers and consultants working across 140 countries. Sustainability and shaping a better world are central to Arup’s ideology, and their own offices are a reflection of this. Vantage Spaces works with Arup across five of its UK locations, and we recently worked alongside Overbury Design and Build on redesigns of Arup’s Manchester and Leeds offices.

Montpellier Legal are Cheltenham’s leading conveyancing solicitors. Due to rapid team growth, they were looking to relocate from a co-working space to a dedicated office. They wanted to move to something bigger, better and bolder!

Surface manufacturer Cosentino recently moved its London showroom to a huge space in Hatton Garden, where it presents its products to designers and architects. As its flagship store, the design needed to be impressive.

After consolidating several locations across the UK, DS Smith was looking to refresh a 12,600 sq ft building in Caerphilly to act as their shared service centre and UK recycling head office. Their ambition was to create a state-of-the-art facility for their people that supports the ongoing development of the organisation.

We worked with workspace design company, AIS Interiors, to transform a two-floor office space for law firm, Winckworth Sherwood, in the Arbor Building located in Blackfriars.

Destination Porsche in Nottingham is Porsche’s latest vision in automotive retailing – a state-of-the-art showroom which focuses on putting the customer front and centre.

We worked with flexible workspace designer and provider, SpaceMade, to redesign 10X at 10 Brindley Place – a progressive co-working space in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.

7 Newgate Street is a stunning office refurbishment in the heart of The City, with stunning views over St Paul’s Cathedral.

Global life sciences and healthcare company, Fortrea, recently consolidated two offices into one beautifully refurbished clinical pharmacology site in the Temple district of Leeds.

Here at Vantage Spaces we love to hear about businesses going green – in more ways than one! The new HSBC UK headquarters in Birmingham is green in a big way – but here we’re specifically talking about the 5,500 plus plants we used to create their living green wall that spans the full height of this 11 storey building.

Hogan Lovells is a global law firm with more than 2000 lawyers working across 40 different offices in the UK, US, Europe, Latin America, and more. The firm wanted a stylish new look for two of its London offices, 21 Holborn Viaduct and Atlantic House, where they could transform the ways of working by encouraging connectivity and collaboration.

Interface is a global commercial flooring company with an integrated collection of carpet tiles and resilient flooring. Their new UK HQ has been dubbed ‘The Greenhouse’, as it redefines what's possible with nature from ten stories above ground.

Office Space in Town Blackfriars had been innovatively designed by Sam Kopsch, with Area appointed as the fit-out contractor. Having worked with Area before they asked if we would meet the team on-site to discuss greenery ideas, including our bespoke replica green wall system.

Working alongside their interior designer, a Global Insurance Company wanted to deliver a progressive, healthy and productive workplace, that still fit within their corporate guidelines.

Muse Developments are a commercial developer with regional operations in Manchester, London, Leeds and Glasgow. The firm wanted to relocate their office to a Grade II-listed building in Salford, Riverside House, to allow the Muse team to move to an agile way of working. Riverside House was built in the 1860s, and although it was locally listed, it had stood in ruin for a number of years before it was acquired by the English Cities Fund for redevelopment.

Vantage Spaces joined a partner-led project with Peldon Rose, Gerald Eve LLP and Furniture Forum. The project involved the relocation of the businesses workplace from its established home in the St Paul’s area of London to Victoria.

Located in the heart of iconic St. Katharine Docks, you’ll find the home of Northeastern University. Over the summer break, Vantage Spaces worked with Workplace Creations to install commercial replica plants in a design that worked for the students and reflected the beautiful surroundings of the waterfront university.

PZ Cussons first embarked on their ambitious global HQ plans at the back-end of 2020, following a complete reimagination of the world of work, post-pandemic.

We partnered with K2 Space on a bespoke project for DTRE, a leading property advisory business in Central London. Between steel frames and Sorano Oak furniture, we added various hanging plants, large living plants and bun moss walls to mark breakout spaces.

We collaborated with fit-out experts Overbury and architecture and design practice Perkins & Will on a new space for Beazley insurance specialists. The office sits on the iconic 22 Bishopgate and has plenty of space for greenery throughout.
